Interactive Health & Safety Training for Great Windsor Park

The initiative required a completely different approach to production. Rather than a single linear film, the experience was built around short video scenarios, decision points where users selected a response, and multiple filmed outcomes based on those choices. This meant every action, reaction and consequence had to be carefully planned, shot and structured so the experience felt seamless and believable. Compounding this was the fact that this style of training was entirely new for the Grounds Team, making authenticity and clarity essential.

Working closely with Gateway, we helped translate the training logic into a clear, shootable structure. This involved breaking down the interactive flow into individual scenes and outcomes, planning shoots to ensure visual continuity across multiple branching scenarios, capturing realistic performances and environments that reflected day-to-day grounds work, and filming in a way that supported Gateway's interactive platform and user journey. We approached the production as a narrative system, not just a collection of clips.
